As a passionate tennis player, I saw a clear gap in the market: most analysis tools were either too expensive or too complex for everyday users. To explore the opportunity, I began with desk research and market analysis to understand the landscape, and followed up with interviews involving junior and amateur players, coaches and tennis parents to validate assumptions. These insights informed the creation of high-fidelity prototypes, which I tested using the Figma Mirror app. The 30–45 minute user sessions surfaced practical improvements and I refined the experience iteratively to ensure the final design was intuitive, accessible and tailored to real user goals.
